We started as a Local seasonal restaurant in 2010, using as much local ingredients as possible. to this day we are proud to say that 50%of our products are sourced within a 50km radius and 90 % are Australian products. In 2015 we added a 500liter Nano brewery to our portfolio, creating a very unique craft beer on tap. As we do not supply other venues or bottle shops. Our beers are unique to our venue. From raspberry Wheat beer to a Chocolate and Coffee stout.
In 2020 Covid-19 forced us to think outside the box, during the closure we supplied local brewers with milled grain and fresh wort kits, this became an integral part of our business moving forward in a Covid world.
We supply any grain from around the world, but our main focus is on Australian and New Zealand grain and hops. Milled to order with an easy to use ordering system, allowing you to save your recopies for later use.
